Fitness Tips

About two thirds of the nation's population is overweight or obese ( Ira Dreyfuss, Associated Press) We can improve our health by committing to a moderate amount of daily physical activity. We know that it's not easy competing with the Internet, TV , Game Boy, and everyone's schedules. You will need to be creative and do some planning.

Tip #1

Schedule a regular time for family physical activity at least 3 times per week.

Tip #2

Buy toys or equipment that encourage physical activity.
