HEALTH SCREENING GUIDELINES

Health screenings are conducted at school and vary by grade. The following is a list of screens conducted by the School Nurse:

  • distance vision
  • eye muscle balance
  • color vision
  • hearing
  • scoliosis

Vision and Hearing screening can be done in any grade at the request of the parent/guardian or teacher.  Contact the school nurse if you have concerns about your student.
