REPORTING ABSENCES:

  • Call the Attendance line at: 651-604-1465.
  • Parent/Guardian should call school when student will be absent.
  • Call each day student is absent.
    Voice Mail is available 24/7.
  • When leaving a message:
    • State student name (spell last name)
    • Grade
    • Reason for absence and date. Be specific about the symptoms your student is experiencing. 
    • Telephone number
    • Name & relationship of caller.
  • Use this line only (604-1465) to report student absences. 

LEAVING SCHOOL EARLY

  • Student should bring a note from parent/guardian to the RAHS Attendance Office before school starts.
  • Sign out/in at the RAHS Attendance Office when leaving & when returning.

COMING TO SCHOOL LATE

  • Check-in at the RAHS Attendance Office when arriving late to school.
  • Bring a note from home to explain the tardy, ie doctor appointment
  • Missing the bus is an unexcused tardy.
  • Students are expected to be in their classrooms by 8:10 am

VACATIONS

  • Extended absences for trips should be pre-arranged with Administration
